  • Model: KR-RVP80

Applicable standards

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T8017 ASTM D323, and is applicable to the determination of vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products. It cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum.

Instrument principle

The system is composed of a heating water bath, two steam bombs that can rotate automatically and a control box. After startup, the system will automatically start the circulating water pump, connect the heater, start heating the water bath, and control the water bath temperature at 37.8 ± 0.1 . The user shall handle the sample and assemble the steam bomb according to the standard requirements, and then put it into the bomb groove in the water bath; If "Test" is selected, the steam bomb will rotate and move back and forth at an angle of 350 degrees. At the same time, the system will automatically detect the pressure data in the three steam bombs until the two pressure data remain unchanged for two consecutive minutes, and this pressure value will be used as the vapor pressure of the oil sample to be measured.
