The method is determined by injecting a predicted petroleum product sample into a colorimetric tube and comparing it with a standard color plate to determine its chromaticity number. The instrument consists of a standard color plate, an optical lens, a light source, and a colorimetric tube.
The light source uses 220V, an internal frosted milk bulb with a temperature of 2750±50K as the light source. The light source is similar to this light after passing through the milky glass piece and the daylight filter glass piece. After the instrument light source is filtered, two parallel beams are formed, which are identical in size and shape, and can be uniformly irradiated on the color glass sheets of the standard color plate and the sample of the colorimetric tube at the same time.
There are 26 Φ14mm optical apertures on the standard color disc, 25 of which are respectively equipped with standard color glass sheets of 1-25 color number, the 26th hole is blank, and the color wheel is rotated by the handwheel mounted on the right side of the instrument. Choose the correct color for the color test. The standard color glass color on the color wheel should be corrected using the colorimetric solution as the calibration standard color. The colorimetric tube is a colorless flat-bottomed glass tube having an inner diameter of Φ32 mm and a height of 120 to 130 mm. The colorimetric tube is placed in the small cap position on the top of the instrument. The observation eyepiece consists of a concave mirror and a dividing grid. In the eyepiece, two semi-circular colors can be seen at the same time, and the left side is the color of the sample. The right side is the standard color, the optical eyepiece has light adjustment and focusing ability, easy to use.
